Greg Hagfors, MBA, CMPE
Chief Executive Officer
Greg joins BMC with over 25 years of healthcare experience having been CEO of the Great Falls Clinic in Great Falls, Montana for 14 years and most recently as Senior Vice President for Paley Dixon, an advisor for merger and acquisitions primarily in the healthcare field and in other business sectors. His experience includes working in healthcare insurance, multispecialty clinic and integrated delivery system environments. Greg graduated from North Dakota State University in Business Administration, received his MBA from Mankato State University and also holds a CMPE degree from the American College of Medical Practice Executives.


 Barbara DereberyBarbara Derebery
Chief Financial Officer
Barbara brings a wealth of financial and healthcare experience to the clinic. With more than 20 years in the field, Barbara most recently served as CFO for Providence Health and Services, Physician Services in Seattle. Previously she served as actuarial consultant for Select Health and as senior financial analyst for Integris Health where she was responsible for analysis, projections, budgeting, and best practice modeling for 19 multi-specialty clinics with 200 physicians. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.  

 

M. Sean Rogers, MDSean Rogers, MD
Medical Director
Sean first joined the clinic as a physician in BMC’s Internal Medicine Department before being appointed the clinic’s Chief Medical Director in 2007. Previously, Sean was in private practice in Vista, CA. Sean received his medical training at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed his residency at the University of California in San Diego where he remained an additional year in a teaching role as Chief Medical Resident.   

 

Rick BairdRick Baird, Ph.D.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Rick brings over twenty years of experience in business management and strategic human resources leadership to the clinic. Rick’s past experience includes posts at both domestic and international firms leading human resources/organizational development programs. Rick holds both a PhD in psychology and an MBA.


Christy McLeodChristy McLeod
Chief Marketing Officer
Christy is a marketing and communications professional with over 20 years experience including marketing and communication for five Olympic Games, international business in 20 countries and program development with major global companies including Coca-Cola, Visa, NBC, GE, and Samsung. She was awarded the honor of running with the Olympic torch leading up to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Christy earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University.

Shane Irving
Chief Business Administration Officer
Shane joined BMC in 2004 after working for a local health plan. His experience includes over twenty years of working in healthcare and insurance operations. Shane previously worked in New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands in various insurance and administrative fields before moving to Bend in 2001.
