John R. Allen, MD

Dr. Allen has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 1995. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Allen graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in 1990 where he also completed his residency in 1993.

Michael N. Harris, MD

Dr. Harris has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 1987. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Harris graduated from the College of Georgia in 1977 and completed his residency at the University of New Mexico in 1986. Dr Harris is also the Medical Director for the Center for Health and Wellness at St. Charles Medical Center.

Anita Kolisch, MD

Dr. Kolisch received her Doctor of Medicine from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Columbia University New York, New York. She completed her residency at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland. Dr. Kolisch is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Suzann Kruse, PA-C

Suzann Kruse, PA-C. holds a Bachelor of Science in physician assistant training from the University of Washington School of Medicine and a associate degree in nursing from Wenatchee Valley College. Before joining the team at BMC, Kruse worked as a PA-C at Bend Urology Associates. Kruse is NCCPA Board Certified in Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Matthew R. Lasala, MD

Dr. Lasala has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 1998. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Lasala graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1992 and completed his residency at Oregon Health Science University in 1995.

Karen Oppenheimer, MD

Dr. Oppenheimer joined the BMC Internal Medicine department in Summer 2005. Previously, she served as Assistant Professor at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) and director of the outpatient residents teaching program. Dr. Oppenheimer is a graduate of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York and completed her residency and fellowship at UCSD. She holds a number of honors and certifications and she specializes in women's healthcare.

		M. Sean Rogers, MD Before joining the BMC Internal Medicine department in Summer 2005, Dr. Rogers was in private practice in Vista, CA. He attended medical school at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem and completed his residency at the University of California San Diego, where he was Chief Medical Resident.


		Dan Sullivan, MD Dr. Dan Sullivan brings over 20 years of clinical experience to BMC. He holds professional memberships in American Board of Emergency Medicine Certification and American Board of Internal Medicine Certification. Dr. Sullivan received his Medical Degree from University of Washington School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington.He completed an emergency medicine residency at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California and an internship, junior residency and senior residency at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. In his free time, Dr. Sullivan plays the saxophone in the Cascade Horizon Band, runs, skis and is an avid fisherman.
