The Pulmonary and Critical Care Department provides comprehensive care for patients suffering from lung disease. The physicians are skilled in the diagnosis and management of lung diseases including:

  • Asthma
  • Emphysema
  • Pneumonia
  • Pulmonary Fibrosis
  • Sleep Disorders
  • The evaluation of symptoms of cough, chest pain and breathlessness.

The pulmonologists are responsible for much of the care including:

  • Comprehensive lung function testing
  • Exercise testing
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Evaluation of sleep disorders at the High Desert Sleep Disorder Center in Bend

Pediatric lung care and Pediatric Sleep Disorder Management are provided upon referral.

 

 

Randy Stubbs, MD, MS, FACP, FAASM

Dr. Stubbs joined BMC in 2009. He received his Medical Degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, a Masters of Science from Barry University in Miami and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington. Dr. Stubbs completed his residency and fellowship training at East Tennessee State University. He holds professional memberships in American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American College of Chest Physicians, American College of Physicians and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. He is board certified in Internal Medicine - Pulmonary Disease.
