Daniel E. Fohrman, MD

Dr. Fohrman has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 1980. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Rheumatology, Dr. Fohrman graduated from the University of Health Sciences in Chicago in 1974 and completed his residency at the Albany Medical Center in 1977 and his fellowship in Rheumatology at University of Utah in 1978-1980.

Aaron G. Misiuk, ARNP

Aaron received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and his Masters of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner, from Seattle Pacific University. Aaron joined our Rheumatology team in February 2007.

David M. Sandoval, MD

Dr. Sandoval has been at Bend Memorial Clinic since 2001. He attended San Marcos School of Medicine in Lima, Peru where he received his medical degree in 1984 and completed a post-graduate program. Dr. Sandoval completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York in 1992. He later completed a fellowship program in Rheumatology/Immunology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1996. Prior to joining Bend Memorial Clinic, Dr. Sandoval served as the Medical Director for Columbian Basin Health Association in Othello, Washington. He is a member of the American Medical Association and a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology.
