Try this vitamin-rich smoothie to cool down this summer.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 5 frozen pineapple chunks

Method:

Combine mango, yogurt, apple juice and pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
