Dr. Russell joined Summit Health in 2001. Dr. Russell attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in the Caribbean Islands and completed his residency at Ramsey Family and Community Medicine in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
