Dr. Wesenberg received his undergraduate education from University of California Santa Barbra. He went to medical school at the College of Wisconsin and received his completed his residency at the Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California in Emergency Medicine. Brent is particularly interested in Environmental Medicine and Medical Management. He was the Medical Director of several Emergency Departments from Port Townsend, WA to Auckland, New Zealand, as well as the Medical Direction for Urgent Care services at Samaritan Health. He is board certified with the American College of Emergency Medicine and is the supervising physician for Mt. Bachelor Ski Patrol.
Dr. Wesenberg asserts that, “In its best form, medicine is a time honored and truly noble profession in which I am honored to be associated with. Patients allow us [providers] into their lives with an incredible amount of honesty and trust. I treat this relationship with great respect…it is precious to me”.
When he is not in the office Brent enjoys all types of skiing, mountain biking, stand up-paddle boarding, open ocean sailing and spending time with his loving wife and two children. He loves to take advantage of the recreational opportunities that Central Oregon has to offer.
