Jessica Nehring
Hospitalist
Jessica Nehring, PA-C joins Summit Health in Hospital Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Cornell University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah. Jessica went on to receive her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR. She has certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support as well as National Ski Patrol.
Jessica has special interests in hepatology and liver disease, but she enjoys providing all aspects of primary care to hospitalized patients. She understands the complexities of hospital medicine and thrives on putting all the pieces together. She believes it is an honor and privilege to treat people when they are at their most vulnerable moments. She knows it’s critical to educate patients and their families about the disease process and treatment plans available.
In her spare time you’ll find Jessica riding her horse, skiing, hiking, biking and pretty much enjoying everything the high desert has to offer. She looks forward to being part of the community and is excited to relocate back to Bend.
