Lien Dretke, FNP-C completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tulsa. Ms. Dretke received a Masters of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner, from Oregon Health Sciences University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in basic life support, advance cardiac life support and pediatric advance life support.
Ms. Dretke enjoys the fast-paced nature of emergency medicine and the urgent care setting. She finds it particularly rewarding when patients come into the clinic anxious and distressed but leave feeling relieved and knowledgeable about their medical condition and knowing what to expect in recovery. Ms. Dretke strives to be an advocate for patients by being present and attentively listening to their concerns. She communicates openly, asks important direct questions, and ensures follow-up.
As a refugee from Vietnam, Lien is passionate about immigrant’s rights. She sees potential in everyone, regardless of their race, country of origin, or socioeconomic class. Outside the office, she enjoys running, hiking and attending Orange Theory fitness classes. Ms. Dretke also plays competitive tennis. She won the USTA National Team Tennis Championship in 2012.
