Leslie Carey, MD received her undergraduate education from Oregon State University. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Dr. Carey served as an AmeriCorps volunteer, where she later completed her medical education and training at UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Carey completed her residency at the Ventura County Medical Center in California. She is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Carey loves the challenge of hospital medicine, as it deals with more critical illnesses. She loves having the opportunity to get patients on the road to recovery. Although hospital medicine is her main area of interest, she has also completed training in High Risk OB, Obstetrics and Emergency Departments.
Dr. Carey was born and raised in Oregon and is excited to raise her daughter here, where she can experience the outdoors. After living in California and Arizona, she is ready to return to her roots and enjoy the Northwest full time.
